I wish you all the best again.

Hi Guys,
I am back to my same topic. My present situation is that I applied for FLR/FP on 11th Sep 2014 and got refused on 11th December 2014 with appeal right. My solicitor lodged an appeal on 17th December 2014. I made a mistake in payment section while putting the long digits number of my credit card. Will it invalidate my appeal as court won't be able to take payment out or what will happen now?

Just a small recap for those who don't want to browse my previous posts: I was in PSW visa until 12 Sep 2014. I am going to be eligible to apply for Ten Years Route on 1st November 2015. So I wanted to spend these times legally with my work right. I know, you might be thinking why didn't i go for tier1 or any other category. the main reason was, i had to leave my present yearly salary based full time job as to visa category. Hence applied this FLR/FP category. Oh yea forgot to mention that I'm married and have a 8 months 6 days old child who born in this country. both of them r my dependent.

Well, now back to main discussion, my solicitor said that based on present back logged in the court, they won't be getting a hearing date before May or June in 2015.. once the date is due, they will then find an excuse to adjourn where we can buy couple of months time. if appeal failed we can then go to Upper tribunal.
What do you guys think about the plan? i'll be really obliged for any valuable advice. thank you.
Hi

Welcome back

U r in a same boat like me. But i succeed in my plan and got hearing after completing 10 years. I was short of 11 months initially.

U got refused on 11th dec and appeal lodge on 17th Dec. WHY? U should lodge appeal on last day or 1 day before.

What was your last date to submit the appeal?

I am confident that error made on payment card is deliberate act as advised by your solicitor :D :D :D :D :D :D .

Dont worry if u even left that blank they will ask u to pay the fees again. So u could spend more time 8) 8) .

i will pm u how to deal with it

Thanks for your quick reply. I really appreciate it. Actually my solicitor firm received the refusal bundle on 16th December 2014 and it had 10 office days as usual to lodge an appeal. "Bad news doesn't come alone". On 15th December 2014 I've received a call from my HR that they are going to do a query with home office whether I've right to work or not while my visa decision is pending with them. My manager advised me to lodge appeal ASAP and send him the correspondence which he will then forward to HR. thats why i quickly lodged an appeal and got a letter from my solicitor explaining how i've got right to work.

You are right. it was solicitor's idea to buy time...    Initially we had a plan to extend time for Biometric too, but i didn't do it cause i didn't want to play with Home Office, God forbid if they invalidate my application. So now i've to look in to every possible way to buy time.
So Zee ali, could you please tell me more details about your case and what do you think about mine? would it be possible for me to reach my goal which is 1st of November 2015?
