Urgent HELP needed! Query on Visa for Wife&Children of I

Please find the details of my wife Visa.. came in 2008 and got extended from UK till 2012
1. 12/7/2008 TO 31/12/2008,VISA TO JOIN SPOUSE,6 months,Ref-VAF NO - 847565,
2., RESIDENCE PERMIT ,VALID UNTIL 31/12/10,Ref-UK2853467
3., DATE OF ISSUE - 10/02/2011 till 15/06/2012, PBS DEPENDANT,LEAVE TO REMAIN, Ref-RB1135508

4. Then a gap as my wife had to travel back to India due to pregnency and family situation. Then the new Visa was granted in March 2013 till Jan 2014.

- Is she eligible for ILR now
- Is there posibility to apply Set (o) for wife as she has to travel due pregnancy
- If not what type of form to be used..? FLR M as dependednt of ILR?
- Can my kids apply directly ILR even my wife is not having ILR?
- Does she has to to write Life in UK test if it is FLR M. Can she use SET M?
