URGENT HELP NEEDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My lady friend has come all the way from Canada to meet me.. But the customs refused her entry.. They did not tell me the reason.. and said I could not do anything now.. She will be sent back to Canada either today or tomorrow... also they said I am not allowed to see her but she will be able to phone me from the detention area later on.
Is there anything I can do or my lady can do to avoid this clamity?????

Not really. If immigration (not customs) have refused her entry she has no right of appeal.
