i think i was so lucky to find this forum. i really need your help cause i do'nt know anybody in my country to be familiar with the UK visa . my case is complicated and it is so important for me to know your opinion. please help me . i know it's too long but please read it.

I am a woman living in IRAN. i’ve got a university offer for Master's studies and I’ve been awarded a scholarship by a University in th UK.I was so happy until I found out that my visa application might get refused because of my previous applications and I might be banned for 10 years!!
On February 2005 my brother invited me to the UK and I applied for visitor’s visa. During the visa interview the officer asked me if I want to add any additional information that might help my application. I told them I have a fiancé' in Iran and I will definitely return to Iran because of him. Actually he was my boy friend but we were planning to get married but I haven’t told this to my family.
They didn’t grant me the visa and my brother insisted that i should appeal the decision. I did but now i know that was a mistake.
In the appeal process they invited my brother and asked him about my application. They asked him about me having a fiancé’. My brother answered this question with the worst statement ever!! He said “No my sister doesn’t have a fiancé’. I think she told that because she wanted you to give her the visa"
I’m still really mad at him because sometimes I think he did it because he didn’t want me to go there.
Anyway after that I applied for student visa in Nov 2005. My documents were incomplete and I’ve got refused again. The officer asked me about my brother's statement and I told him my brother didn’t know about my fiancé' and I didn’t lie.
In 2006 I consulted with an institute in IRAN and gave them a lot of money. They said they could help me get the visa by get me an offer of an English Language School in London. Everything was legal and my documents were complete I went applied 3 times and I refused 3 times. The officers kept saying that they are not convinced that my intention is studying.I don't know why the institute kept sending me to the embassy and kept telling me that you must apply again and again and again!!
So this is my story. After 5 years I’ve decided to try again. I won a scholarship from a reputable university in Scotland and that scholarship covers all my tuition fees. I have an IELTS of 7.5 And I don't have financial problems but my question is: Is there a chance that I will be banned for ten years because of deception or false representation??? My brother, somehow, insinuated that I am a liar!!
I am desperately need your help. Please give me advice. What should I do?? ((
