I have a conviction to community service 5 years ago. It has been spent.
Now my 10 year BRP need to be renewed. Will the conviction cause my replacement application refused?
How could I appeal?

Unlikely.

10 years BRP card expired. Just handed in all documents for renewal.
How many weeks will it take to receive the new BRP? Is there any speedy service?
Actually I planned to travel in August. Very worried about its process.

You might want to consider changing your travel plans. It definitely can't be ready in August. A couple of months at the earliest, which isn't guaranteed.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!

BRP application is not an immigration application. There is no priority service at all. It can take up to 6 months. You should have applied six months ago rather than waiting for it to expire. There are many many topics here that covers this

I am submitting an application to replace my expired BRP card (ILR settlement visa).
The online form asks if I have criminal convictions. Should I report any spent convictions?
The UKVI question is as below,
"At any time have you ever had any of the following, in the UK or in another country?
- A criminal conviction
- ... ..."

If you had criminal conviction then you are obliged to disclose them, answer is in question itself.

I heard some people got their new cards in 2 weeks. Could that be true?
Just doubt if I got something wrong - no confirmation letters, and no feedback from UKVI so far, after 8 weeks.

Unlikley. BRP replacement takes much longer than that.
