HI
applied for a visit visa on the 16th of November to uk to attend my court proceedings for my daughters contact order..the court date was on the 5th of January 2010 case dismissed because i was not there the reason never received a visa or any decision from the visa people.and still waiting for there decision rite now..now should i apply for another court hearing or just wait because what if they say well no court hearing any more so u don't need to go to uk n reject my visa can any one advise me please what to do ....

You have a solicitor in the UK? If so, what is that solicitor now saying?

If no solicitor, did you let the Court know you could not be there, and ask for an adjournment?
