Urgent Help pls - Surrender Certificate Appointment

Hi,

I have just realised that I will be unable to attend my scheduled Surrender Certificate appointment. I am unable to cancel or re-schedule this appointment due to the 48 hour rule. Will there be a problem in applying for the surrender certificate again?

Thanks! I spoke to them and I can reschedule 48 hours after my appointment as the system will get updated.
