urgent help plz

Post by Kami86 » Sat Nov 30, 2013 1:19 pm

my visa is refused due to the following reason

General Grounds Reasons for Refusal
In your application, you submitted evidence of third party funding by letters from Standard
Chartered Bank .
I am satisfied that the documents were false because Standard Chartered Bank have confirmed the
letters were not issued by them.
As false document(s) have been submitted in relation to your application, it is refused under paragraph 322(1A) of the Immigration Rules.

Now my court hearing is on 4th December and i am not sure what documents to submit to satisfy them.

any help from guys having similar cases would be appreciated ....

Thanks in advance

@ Kami86, did your third party sponsor try to contact the bank to get their explanation on why they said that the letter is not from them?

@ Kami86, the only evidence you can present at the appeal is another letter from the bank which can confirm that they never said the initial letter is not from them.

@ Kami86,

You will need to provide a letter from the bank stating that the letter you submitted to UKBA is from them and also confirming the amount in the account, the third party name and satisfying all other requirement.

Good luck.
