urgent help plzzz

urgent help plzzz

If I have a CCJ against my credit cards, Does it affect when I apply for visa.

Is that criminal? Best to write down the details in the application, if any court involvement! You will not face any problems for extending, but may be for permanent residence

it's not criminal activity, I owe some money to a credit card company, and I am paying to a collection agency every month installment, that's it it's not at all related to any criminal activity

I dnt thnk it will be a problem. As i too had similar problem but havent mentioned anywhere. As it is not a criminal conviction.

as long as its not a legal battle in court..
and your still paying them regularly its hould be ok...

financial court cases has no bearing on visa unless it is related to fraud
