Urgent help regarding financial thing

Hello every one,

I need help regarding spouse visa. My husband has its annual income 21,500 per annum which is above the income threshold, recently he has started his business along with job, we will going to apply spouse under A category since we meet income requirement under this category, but the problem is with bank statement, pay slips and band statements are corespondent with each other, but as I mention before he has started business as well so the money he earned from his business also coming in the same account, on everyday basis 2000 rupees is been deposited and at the same money is been withdraw as well, he has written in letter that he has started business but he wants to relay under A category and sponsor me on this category, it been only 3 months he has started his business, we have 6 months pay slips showing he has employed, so any one please tell does this business thing will affect visa, please help me it's urgent ;( thanks in advance

No it should so long as he has the requisite specified evidence.

Oh ok thanks Hun, actually I had doubt that may be they would object on money from where the money is coming since he doesn't show in the application documents that he has his business, just wrote in explanation letter that has started business. Anyways thanks for your time really appreciate it
