urgent help regarding naturlisation.

hi all i am new to this forum and need help regarding my british citizenship.I came to uk in november 2005 on spouse visa i then applied for indefinate leave to remain after 2 years but it took ukba alot of time to process my application as they needed more information but while my application was under process i was a victim of domestic voilence my husband was sent to prison and my solicitor applied for my indefinate stay under domestic voilence category and i got my indefinate stay in july 2008.I went back to my country in march 2010 and came back in september 2010 i stayed there for more than 90 days period i used to go back to my home country before aswell but never stayed for more than 90 days,i want to find out when i can apply for naturlisation i didnt go out of the country since september 2010 and i have completed 6 years in uk.I will be greatful if some can advise me.kind regards

If you intend to apply for naturalisation in your own right, you may do as and when you fulfil the standard requirements.
If you intend to apply for naturalisation as spouse of a British citizen, you may do so as and when you fulfil the requirements for spouses and civil partners.

Thanks for the reply i want to ask you if i am eligble to apply for naturlisation because someone was telling me that you have stayed out of united kingdom in your 5 years period maybe they will refuse your application but i have now completed 6 years in the uk.
