Urgent help required - Past earning

All,

I would be grateful if somebody can respond soon as I am ready to submit my application on Monday.

I am showing my claim period starts from Aug 2006 - July 2007 in which

Aug 2007 - Nov 2007 : Indian salary + Income tax return
Dec 2006 : Singapore salary + No tax return
Jan 2007 - July 2007 : UK salary + P60 form

what is the best way to complete the Q33,Q34 and Q35 sections

I reckon, will not check the Q33 box instead check Q34,Q35 sections and will produce IT returns for the above dates and write up the detailed information.
