Urgent help - RLMT without closing date

Hi,

Need urgent help!! - Restricted COS - Tier 2 general

1. My employer is conducted RLMT in job center plus and other job websites with only posting date but without any no closing date.

Now my question is - will this be considered by HO?

Another important question - at what stage the RLMT must have done? the RLMT must be satisfied by the time the employer applies restricted COS or by the time restricted COS be considered on monthly allocation date?

Kindly help.

and to answer your last queston RLMT has 6 months validity period
