URGENT HELP: Spouse Visa application

Post by kamil » Thu Nov 20, 2014 12:43 am

Hi i need help and advice. I have been with my part time employer for a year meeting the financial requirement last 5 months by combining my income with my wifes income. Last 4 months i also had a full time job. My wife has two employers one part time and one full time. Part time one she has been with them for 6 months (meeting threshold) and full time one she has been with them for 5 months (meeting threshold).

Do we fall under cat A or cat B??

Or should i apply by post then get refused for not being with same employer for 6 months and then by the time i appeal we both will be with our employers for 6 months and then send new application and apply same day under category A ?

You may be able to qualify under both, as you said your wife has met the requirement for a period of six months.
