Urgent Help - Tier 1 - India salary uplift and UK Salary

Hi All,

I have applied Tier1 by Mar 26 ,2009.

The salary period i've mentioned is mar-08 - May-08 (3 Months INR)
Using uplift india salary as pounds 4189 pounds..(3 months)

June08 - feb09(9 months UK salary).
UK pounds 176500 pounds ( 9 months)

total earning 21839 pounds - Points claimed 15..

Please let me know ,UKBA consider the 1st 3 months uplifting?

Also pls let me know ,is it possible to send my revised salary for march09(means 10 months uk salary) to UKBA(changes in application)?

pls let me know ASAP.

hi,
the period for which you are claiming Indian Salary.....were u in India for that period?
Actually it seems HO gives uplift only in cases where the applicant was in India. If you were in UK then they may not give u uplift for Indian Salary.

I was earned 3 months salary in india(lived in india only) and applied up-lift for this salary.(March 2008 - May 2008).My company is ABC india,


Then i moved to UK under employer deputation(work permit).
(9 months UK salary)(June 2008 - Feb 2009)My comapany ABC UK ltd.

As per guidence it is sounds like diffrent earnings source.Right?
Also no where they mentioned like consideration of only UK salary when do uplift.Right?If i am wrong please correct me..

If u worked, lived and earned in India then u can put the uplift on it.. its fine
