URGENT Help With Fresh Application Please?

Hi,

I applied to switch from PSW to Tier 1 Ent. My PSW was to expire in August 2013

I applied in : June 2013
Rejected in: August 2013 - For contract not having email or telephone
Appeal Hearing: 11 March 2014
Appeal Refusal: 4 April 2014
Requested Permission for UTT: At present

I am preparing to make a new application as there might not be a chance of me getting permission.

Could someone tell me how I can use my existing business for the fresh application. The guidance states:

You must have been registered as self-employed or a director of a business within the last 3 months before submitting your application as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur).

If you were registered earlier than this you will still need to provide evidence that you were registered in this period.

1)Could someone please explain to me how I am able to prove the above? I have been trading as the Director since June 2013 and have built up a solid foundation I dont want to start a new company and lose the impact of the genuiness of my application.

Please help I am very confused at moment with their wording.

I have some case as trading company but rejected with reason that my business of trading not provide service at NQF level 4 and above.

Stll in appeal.

for your question use new CAR REPORT of your existing company.

Hi Taral,

I have put down Management Consultant that was the closest match I was able to find for my work role. I provide data analysis services so it is a mix of management consulting, business analysis and database creation.
