In other words, given that your arrangement is for five years it appears that it cannot possibly be TWES.The training permit scheme can permit entry to the UK for up to 3 years. This scheme is similar to the work permit scheme in that it is you as the employer who must make the application, and that the application is considered by the Department of Employment in the UK.

If a permit is required for over five years, you will need to apply for an extension and we will expect the individual to have taken any exams at the earliest possible sitting.
