Urgent - Income Tax Acknowledgement Document Lost

My company is applying for UK Tier 2(sponsored - intra company transfer) visa for me. The document requirement states I should have past 3 years of IT Acknowledgement submitted along with the documents.

I have IT return for 2007-08, 2009-10 but for 2008-09 is missing. I am not able to get it and I have to apply for visa in next few days.

Can you kindly advise what I should in such a case. I can submit my form 16, will that help ? Has there been cases where visa was rejected due to missing IT acknowledgement for any of the past 3 yrs ?

Any kind of help will be highly appreciated.

Some more information that I think is necessary. I am from India and have Indian Passport. I have been working with the same company for past 4.5 yrs.
