Urgent Info Needed Please!

My ex partner and I split up due to abuse and dv. We have a child together. He is still currently on a spousal visa which needs to be extended. I have now heard he has gotten married to someone else without giving me a divorce. what do i do? How can i get marriage records etc? What happens with his visa etc? The home office has been contacted about the separation

If you have contacted HO that's the maximum you can do. Furthers steps if any to be taken is by them and you may not be updated of developments.
