urgent informations needed please(family permit)

hi everyone.


I'm non-Eu national.my wife is Portuguese lived in uk 4 years ago.does she need a residence card.because when i was applied for EEA family permit, i observed on the application form a question about residence card.so I'm confused about that.one more question is about a financial situation,my wife is employed full-time,her monthly income is between 1100and 1200 pound.that's enough for both of us.

any advice or information's helpful.
