Urgent Matter!!! Need My Passport Back...

Please someone kindly reply to my post.

Now I have apply for EEA FM visa from Dublin, of cause am still waiting for them to respond.

However I need my passport back ASAP. My question is, Am I able to request for my passport back from UKVI and as soon as am done using my passport I'll send it back to them at the UKVI???

And I got a not straightforward email from them and am still waiting for a decision. Does anyone know processing time between not straightforward email and final decision for outside UK EEA Family Permit Visa.
