Urgent PBS dependent ILR query

Dear Gurus,

I am having an ILR and receive child benefit on my behalf for my child whereas my wife is on PBS dependent visa. while I am filling her ILR application it ask
''Do you or anyone else who is part of this application receive any public funds? ''

My Qus are:-
1. Do I need to mention about child benefit which I get on the basis of my ILR status?

2. will that make any negative effect on my wife ILR application?
