Urgent please - Do FPN's need to be declared in form?

Hi all ... am all set for my PEO appointment tomorrow.
I just realized that I havent mentioned 4 FPN's that I had recieved in the last few years. 3 of them were parking offences and one was for a london congestion charge which I thought I had paid. None of them ofcourse had any licence points associated with them, just fines which I had promptly dealt with.
So my question is - is it mandatory to mention these 4 FPNs?
