**** ***``URGENT!!! PLEASE READ!! *************** Help !!

I have just been sent a letter from home office about my case appliying for extention of my student visa which i sent off since may 2009 ..they made a decission about my maintance funds ,since my bank statement was dated 1 month before i sent it off so they rejected the application assuming i had no money in my account. i appealed the decision in august 2009 and sent them the up to date statement of over £3k now i recived another letter of refusal allowing appeal....

i have money from relatives to support my application

what should i do

What is the exact wording of the refusal?

these were the exact words of the refusal!!!????

-- I find that the appellant has demonstrated that he did meet the rules to be granted leave to remain under tier 4 (General) Student under paragraph 245zx of the immegration Rules.
