Urgent please

Hi,
I am looking to switch my Tier 1 enterprenuere application to LONG RESIDENCY BASED INDEFINATE LEAVE TO REMAIN.
Unfortunately I don’t have my travel history and immigration history.
How can I get the information from home office.
Can someone help me out on this?
