hello , i am living in UK since 2008 and got my tier 1 /hsmp extension for 3 years in november , i came to india for my delivery and my baby is now almost 3 months old .....i need to apply for babys dependant visa and travel back to UK.

please can someone tell me which is the right application form and guidance notes , it all seems so confusing suddenly. are the new changes applicable to me.which policy document should i look at for babys visa requirements.

i cant find any payment guidance as well in the guidance notes :shock: :shock: :shock:

please can someone guide me , thank you so much

VAF10 form, PBS dependent guidance and Tier 1 dependent fees.
