Definitely not, but why not order the statements to date now, then all you need to do once the 21st September rolls around is go into your bank and ask for printouts for the remaining period and include them in the envelope when you send it off.

Printouts for a few days will be accepted, but definitely not for the full period. These must be on letterhead paper and stamped (although some banks don't stamp them).

But order NOW, because you're running short of time - most statements I've ordered for my applications in the past have taken at least 10 days to get to me.

Hope that helps! :)

Lindsay :)

No, they won't, but at least you'll have original copies for the majority of the period ie. from the 21st June to 15th September.

Have you asked them? Most banks will accept walk-in requests for duplicate statements on letterhead (they won't look original as you'd receive in the post) and sometimes will stamp them if you explain what they're needed for. If Lloyds won't do this, then do an internet copy, and pray like hell that they'll accept it! I'd suggest explaining in your covering letter why you've included an internet printout for the last few days though if you have to do this. But ask Lloyds, you may find that they'll do it with no problems. Most banks do. :)

Just to clarify, for the last few days' worth of statements, you'll need to physically go into your bank and ask them to print them out while you're there. You won't get them in time if you order them over the phone for posting out to you. Just in case I didn't make that part clear before :)

Good luck!

Hi Lindsay, i went to the bank n have ordered the statements till 16 spetember , but the lloyd bank people said they wont sign on the statements of the reamining days 17-21 september. They are sayin tht they have no rights to sign on the printed copies but said tht they will post reamining 4 days statements to my address . But i think they will not come on time....as my visa expires on 28 sep..

No, they won't, unfortunately - unless you have a very speedy postman! :)

Will they not even give you unstamped/unsigned copies? All you need are printouts from the bank on their letterhead... as I mentioned before, some banks aren't happy to sign or stamp them for some reason. But if they'll just give you copies on Lloyds letterhead, that will be fine :)

Probably not, but wait for expert opinion on this one.
