Urgent - Private Health Visa, Please help

Hi,

Thank you for taking a look. My dad is scheduled to visit the UK for a private eye surgery, but i will like for my sister to travel with him so that he could get necessary assistance - during his travel and during his stay while here in the UK.

Both my sister and father do not have visas - as for my dad, I am helping with his application forms for a private medical visa, but the issue i am having is with regards to my sister's application.

1) I am unclear under which category she must apply.
2) She's only recently finished university and currently unemployed - I am not sure if this will mitigate against her application
3) Given she's unemployed, my dad is funding all the trip, should he provide all the evidence of the maintenance funds in his own account and then mention it in a letter that he is funding the travel cost for them both? or is it better to have him transfer part of the funds into my sister's account?
4) Is my dad required to have held the fund in his account for a certain number of days prior to application?

Your sister's visitor (Family or General) categories also depends on your status.

She should show strong ties to their own country in support of her intention to leave the UK at the end of her visit.
