Thanks for replying arsenal49.
I am writing you this from my University which is Glasgow Caledonian University and I did Master`s in Business Administration (MBA) degree. I spoke to one of my consultant and he said, you are over stayed now and we are not going to help you in this situation. I am afraid they might not write me any cover letter or some thing which will help me. I am really stunned to see the behavior of people in the international office of my university.
Well, after all, they are not licenced solicitors so perhaps they cant legally advise you given your tricky situation. If you go by the legal route, you WILL NOT need worry about this cover letter anyway
Anyhow, suggests me whether I will go with the lawyer or apply myself?
I would personally go for lawyer if i put myself in your shoes. I wouldnt want to mess up this ultra-important application!
In-case, if I will go with lawyer he will guide me better rather then I will do another blunder in spite of that he will charge me for that but It will make my case stronger and less changes of rejection, as you have told me , there wont be any chance of appeal. As per my thinking and understanding I think lawyer is a better choice even though he will charge me because that`s all I deserve after that vigorous mistake. Furthermore, only good thing is that, I still have time till Friday but before reading your reply i was panicing like anything but now I am bit relaxed and trying to focus.
Remember itwhats done is done. No point in pointing fingers etc at own negligence or whatever. Think calmly about your next plan of action and implement it. All is not lost. Just to further relax you, here is a quote from Rocky Balboa
"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain't you. You're better than that!

University has not give me my MBA degree as yet but I will get it on 24th of Novermber on convocation. Although, they issued me Transcript and Degree Confirmation Letter. Obviously, I will attach these two important documents with my application form, please let me know whether these two documents are sufficient enough to get the psw visa or still there is a chance of rejection even though lawyer will file and send my case to home office?
When i submitted my app, i submitted my degree certificate so i can't advise on the relevancy of these docs. i am sure some one else will point you in right direction
In the end, I have started maintaining £800 from 15th of July to 15th of October and got the statement from the bank which is Barclays. Is I have to face any problem regarding bank statement because I am over stayed in UK in the month of October and I am attaching the statement of same month?
No, the statement has nothing to do regarding over staying etc. Just make sure it covers 90-day period and its on official letter-headed paper.
Please reply me on this, i really appreciate that.
Any more questions, just fire away and i will try to help to the est of my ability
