Urgent Query Tier 2 to ILR

HI Experts,

I hold tier 2 Gen for 5 years from same employer and I am going to apply for ILR next week, my question is in my bank statement name reflect Company A, however Company A is part of my company and they hold some shares, my sponsorship company is Company B.
my pay slip is figure is matching with bank statement, but not the name of the company, does it going to affect my application.? Please advise

This can be easily explained in the employer letter. No issues

My employer refused to put any information regarding that company A. They have given standard ILR letter which includes all other points. What should I do now? Please advise
