Urgent question...apply for candidate that was rejected

Hi all,

We were granted with a sponsor license, but the visa application of our candidate was rejected as the job wasn't advertised in the JobCentre Plus. Can I advertise the job and apply again for a visa for the same candidate, in case that we cannot find another suitable candidate? Will we have to apply through a new COS or can we use the same one?

Yes, you can do the RLMT now and assign new COS to the same candidate if the RLMT is successful. You will have to request a new COS through SMS system if you were just allocated with one COS when you applied for sponsorship license.
