Urgent - reference number on entry clearance visa

Hi
I am presnetly working with HSMP visa and applying for Tier-1 extension. There is a mention of "reference number on the entry clearance or visa in passport". There are multple places with diffrent numbers on my visa. Which is the one I need to fill in the tier1 form?

Can somebody please clarify.

Use the no. in RED on the top right corner of ur EC visa
