URGENT - Spouse Application - Tier 1

Hi Friends,

Need your help really quickly. I'm scheduled to visit VFS (Mumbai) on 14 Dec 2010 so marking urgent.

My spouse is not sure if she wants to join me hence I'm indicating spouse and kid will not travel with me in my form. Can you please help me, assuming I get a visa (God's grace)

1. What is the time period/limit before she can apply as a dependent

2. Do I need to enclose a marriage certificate now, since she is not travelling for now. Big issue is we are still getting our marriage registered

I don't think that there is a time limit. However, to subsequently qualify for ILR with you, she should live with you in the UK for at least two years.
