Urgent Suggestions required - ILR and dependent visa

Hi,

I am in UK since last 5 years on Tier 2 (ICT) visa and eligible for an ILR on 4th april 2015.
I am getting married on 28th May and hence travelling to india on 21st may 2015.
I had below few queries, can you please advise me appropriately?

(1) If I apply for an ILR by mid April and get an ILR by mid May through premium service ? what are the chances of getting an ILR and the Passport before 21st May as I cant cancel my travel?

(2) Once I get married, how i can bring my wife to UK from India?
I can see 2 options here:
(a) If i go for an ILR before marriage as per option 1, I will apply dependent visa for her from india as per the rules - https://www.gov.uk/join-family-in-uk/eligibility

(b) If i decide to go to india without an ILR, come back to UK after marriage on Tier 2 visa - I can bring my wife to UK on Tier 2 dependent visa. And then after few months, I can apply for an ILR and then apply for dependent visa for wife as well.

can you please suggest or advise what i should do and which option I should stick to? Appropriate comments with pros and cons will be much helpful.
