hi

my visa expires on october 31st, and i am back home and will be flying back on august 18th.

will the immigration people let me into the country under a student visa expiring on october 31st? i have finished my studies and went home for a holiday, and i am going back to apply for the post study work visa since i have been waiting for the 90day period of having certain amount in my uk bank account.

please get back to me asap pleasee! thank you.

If your course has finished then you risk being refused entry under paragraph 321 (ii)
