urgent

i m currently on post study woking visa and would like to switch to tier 1 general but i got rejected due to the rules hav been changed after apr 2011 so the only way is tier 2 , but im selfemployed ,,anyone could help and give me some advices pls?

THX , i ve checked the web site already and tier 2 is for employee not self employee so i have no idea what to do now ,,

You can't stay self-employed. You have to find an employer! Someone to sponsor your under the Tier 2 arrangements.
