Urgent Treatment for HSMP application

Anyone knows if Home Office is considering the Urgent treatment for HSMP application?? I wanted to go for urgent treatment, but after checking the following link it seems that they are not accepting urgent treatment in any case.

I would like people to share if anyone has recently applied for urgent treatment.
