Urgent Treatment Question

Hi,

Does anybody know how long it takes for an Urgent Treatment request to be acknolwedged? I sent one last week, on thrusday, but no answer from the HSMP so far... I called them on Friday and the person who answered the phone said he was going to print it, and I should call again soon. I called today and they asked me to call again tomorrow...

Please, share your experience

I have applied for urgent treatment and got result after 5 weeks from the date they have put forward my case for urgent treatment.
