First of all you did not mention how long you are in UK? As you may know you are not allowed to study level 6 or above courses more than 5 years under tier 4 visa. If you have only completed the Postgrad degree in UK and nothing else and you are not under the gap then you can do the CIMA course as long as your new tier 4 sponsor think it is a progression and will complement your previous same level course.
Secondly if your visa is expiring in November and your course is staring in January then there is a gap of more than 28 days between the course start date and visa expiry date in that case you have to go back to your home country and apply for the visa from there.
