Hi,
I got my HSMP visa on 18th April 2007 for two years, After two years when i applied for extension my visa got rejected on behalf of producing same source of income and i couldn't appeal from UK as I have to attend my marriage on 7th may 2009. I applied for fresh Tier-1 general visa on 4th May 2009 from India and I got my visa for three years on 20th May 2009. On 20th may 2012 I will complete my five years . Will my stay considered as continous five years. Can I apply for ILR. I complete all other criteria required for ILR
