URGENT:Which form renewing DLR as spouse? FLR(o) or FLR(FP)?

Post by kayla_anson » Sun Dec 22, 2013 10:34 pm

Hello All.

My Husband applied for DLR under FLR(O) and was granted it in Jan 2011.

On the letter from HMRC it says renew your DLR using form FLR(O) which was sent when the original application was accepted when he got the visa in 2011.

However I am now confused as now there is this new form called FLR(FP). or the new FLR(O) form.

Please can you help urgently. Need to post this Friday.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Kay

I meant to say UKBA....ahhh. Silly if me. I work in accounts so I wrote that unconsciously.

My husband applied for DL because we didn't apply on time using the FLR(M) and he was ill at the time and we were advised only route was DL route.

Please can you help.

Ok how long has your spouse been in the UK? Did he have spouse leave before applying for FLR(M)?
