British Man looking to work in US

Post by DanVax06 » Thu Feb 10, 2022 8:33 am

There's a lot of different kind of forms to look at in moving to the US. I've been working since I was 16 (currently 29) and included in that, I have about 4-5 years work experience in various forms of Admin, from dealing with insurance business men to working with NHS pay checks.

Long story short: What would be the best visa for me to get to start work over there as soon as possible?

The USCIS website contains a section with information for foreigners wanting to work in the US. It includes a description of the different type of visas and their specific requirements.

Applying for any of those visas is generally a lengthty process, it can take months or even years to receive a decision.
