European Asylum seeker to USA

I'm presently in Cyprus and my fiancee is in US, As an asylum seeker, how possible will it be for me to join her in the states. She is willing to invite me anytime soon.

I am confused - do you hold a European nationality or do you have refugee status in a European country (Cyprus?)?

Not really...I'm just an asylum seeker.

I just want to know the possibility if she file all the documents from there that i'm her fiance.

It means he as 1 or 2 asylum applications going on in Cyprus. We can summarize: he is illegally in Cyprus.

In any case, I don't think the US Embassy in Cyprus would be excited to deliver a US visa to this applicant.

Going back home and applying from there could be a good start.

I agree.
It would be next to impossible to get a US visa, if one is living illegally in another country. It does not matter what the fiancee will say or document. However, if the asylum status is approved, chances might improve but still will face lots of hurdles. Better get married first and process visa at a later instance.
