Guys,
I got my H1B in 2015 lottery and H1B stamping is done in UK in my indian passport. I never travelled to US so far and my H1 petition is expired on 2016 Oct.In another few months i will become British citizen and my Indian passport will be cancelled. I have below questions:
1. Is my H1B is valid if i change my nationality. ? do i need to go through any process to change my H1B from indian to uk passport ?
2. I understand that i no longer needed to go through lottery process for H1B,All i need is new H1 petition from a sponsor and get my H1B stamped again with new petition if at all i need to travel US for work. is my understanding right ?
3. How long my unused H1B is valid ?
