No.

See Immigration Offender - paragraph 320 (7B) and 320 (7C).

no it doesn't mean you can apply for a dependent visa as your husband is not settled in the UK. you will still be subject to the ban if he is only here as a student. I suggest you read the link again carefully.

its so confusing.............cuz the site doesnt specify
:: tht if the husband is on a student visa............i cannot aply for a dependant visa( as i hv been banned for 10yrs)

it just says the rule doesnt apply for spouse............
RFL5.4 When does rule 320 (7B) not apply? Rule 320 (7C)

Under paragraph 320(7C) of the immigration rules, you must not refuse an applicant under 320(7B) if they are applying in the following categories:

* Spouse, civil partner, unmarried or same-sex partner (Paragraphs 281 or 295A);

Dependants (spouse / partner / children) of Tier 4 migrants (students) are covered under immigration rules 319A-319K, and not under the immigration rules referred to in the text you have quoted.

The simple answer to your question is - no, you cannot apply for entry clearance in any immigration category until such time that:
1. your husband is granted settled status and you apply for entry clearance as his spouse (i.e.- spouse of a settled person), or
2. the 10 year ban period is spent.
(whichever is earlier).

1. U wud not get the visa until 10 years are passed.
2. Any application u make will be rejected automatically.
