USER PANEL MINUTES

Does anyone have any information on the User panel meeting that was scheduled to take place on the 15th of September. I would be interested to hear about any changes they have made based on what was discussed at the April meeting, especially on the issue of the time it is taking to process the applications. any information would be very much appreciated
