Using B1/B2 for Tourism - Pls confirm

Hi,

I have got a business visa through my existing company and with that I have visited U.S 7-8 times on business visit. Based on my Business visa my wife has also got a business visa to u.s two years back. During her interview she gave the reason that she is going to accompany me during my business visit.

Next month we are planning to go to u.s on a vacation. Both of us have got B1/B2 visa type. Can anyone confirm that whether we can use this visa for tourism purpose.
