i am really confused with GOV. website explanation, so seeking help from here. really grateful for your time and patience.
i am currently applying visa for my father who lives in China throught VAF 5, which is a form for family member of EEA.
i have a couple of questions below:
1. my father has pension, how i can prove he is dependent on us? we really did help him for financial support as he has a carer.
2. my father is widowed and he is mainly emotionally dependent on us. does it count?
3. for some countries,applicants must apply online, but link of 'the list of supported countries' in the document is not working, how do i check whether China is in the list? i have copied link here 'guide to support documents'

my condition is my husband and i both work in UK and have PR. no social funds claimed.
