VAF9 Form - Personel Details Form

Hi,

Any one filled the VAF9 personel details form. ie., in Part 4 : 4.3 and 4.4
We are unable to enter the values at the same time. We cant enter mobile number and emailid at the same time.

I had not faced any problem while filling online form.

Sorry, Iam mean I have downloaded the VAF9 - Personel Details Form and typed on the system instead of filling with pen.

You can use pen wherever you are facing issue with entering data. Easy!
