Validity of RLMT

Hello,

I am aware that RLMT is valid for 6 months. Does that 6 month validity begins from the day C.O.S is issued? or from the day the job was advertised ?

Another question, can the company issue another COS on the same RLMT(same job role) used on a different candidate... Same job role was advertised on 8th September.

IMHO yes but only provided the job description, conditions and salary agree completely with what was in the RLMT job advertisement and there has been no suitable applicant from the settled workforce. It is the company's responsibility to ensure that this is so.
